Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Custom, engraved, or personalized pieces are final sale unless defective.

Exchanges
Size or metal-tone exchanges may be available when stock allows. Contact us before returning an item.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within about 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return
Email liangwuhuang51@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
